On April 24, 1944 Mignon Garland performed with the Duncan Dance Guild at Carnegie Hall. Leo Barzin conducted the National Orchestral Association. As in past Duncan Dance Guild performances, several Duncan groups and individuals participated, and a wide variety of music was used (Cesar Franck, Gustav Holst, and Modest Mussorgsky, in addition to Bach and Mozart).
