Waltz No. 7 is a visual feast of gently revolving pairs of dancers, suggesting a gala ballroom scene in old Vienna. At one point, gliding couples unite to form one full circle, changing the focus from the partners to the center of the group. At the end there is a return to the original theme, and partners revolve until their exit.
