Mussia was a late arrival at the Duncan Moscow School in 1923. Mussia’s mother, a trained nurse, accompanied the children on all their tours. Mussia was known for her lyricism and she possessed a rare personal on stage magnetism. Mussia remained with the studio until 1949.
